Festival & Event Evaluation

As advocates of festival industry, we have visited and evaluated over 150 festivals and events in Ontario. Our website, Ontario Festivals Visited attracts over 17,000 festival web visitors per month (based on a 6 month average). We have written over 250 articles about our visits and the ideas we have gained as a result of these visits. We have also written three event development manuals. These have been designed to help organizers plan, implement and manage their festival/event.

To further help existing events, we have developed an "Event Evaluation Program". The Program evaluates all aspects of an event including website design and contents, festival layout, staffing, marketing and festival activities. To prepare the evaluation, we visit to your event, talk with its volunteers and event visitors. A written report is then completed and sent to you . The report will include our evaluation of your event plus recommendations for future improvements.
